Palace Skateboards and the jumper for our time

Want to do your bit to help the NHS and look good at the same time? Well Palace Skateboards are here to help.

The London fashion brand dropped a new collection on Friday, with all profits going to the NHS Charities Together, which is supporting NHS staff and volunteers who are caring for Coronavirus patients.

At 11am on 1 May, Palace Skateboards released its three-piece Tri-Donator collection. The hoodie, crew-neck jumper and t-shirt are all white and come emblazoned with a blue Palace logo, which has been adapted to say National Health Service.

Maintaining the style and comfort of Palace’s other lines, the collection, which was announced by video on 28 April, has already sold out.

It is hardly surprising, conscious fashion is popular at the best of times and this collection could not have tapped into the current mindset better if it tried. Couple its support of the perfect cause with the brand’s famous fans, who include Nick Grimshaw, Jack Guinness and Example, and you have a recipe for what was always going to be an extremely popular collection.

No word yet on whether the collection will be restocked, but keep an eye on the Palace Skateboards website – and give their product descriptions a read. They’re brilliant.
